Inspired by workshop research on the "Fisher"
THE FISHER
The fisher does a body slam
on the porcupine. Wham!
He is only one foot long.
It's time for dinner. Ding dong!
He lives in the forest. He's a carnivore, you see,
eating fish, deer, frogs and snakes --
a vegetarian he'll never be.
His refrigerator is made of leaves and dirt.
So if he says, "Stop by for dinner," bring extra dessert.
Here is another poem about the Fisher,
submitted by Vicky
Ferocious
It gives porcipine body slams
Scary looking
Habbitat-swamps and forests
Eats snakes
River Rodents, (kind of)
